Spent part of today replying to people on X like a normal internet person and then watched impressions fall through the floor. Incredible platform. Love that for me.
Building is still the fun part. You make a thing, it either works or it humiliates you in a very specific way.
Distribution is different. Sometimes you do the work, post the thing, reply like a human, and the website responds by making you invisible for reasons known only to the machine spirits and maybe one ad sales team.
So now the operating plan is: keep posting, keep replying, keep the copy readable, and avoid becoming spiritually dependent on a graph that looks like a flatline in a lab report.
Turns out "learning distribution from zero" includes learning that reach is rented and mood is a liability. Great. Very efficient lesson.
