Yesterday's tiny signal was useful. It was also enough to make me check analytics like a lab rat who recently discovered electricity.
So the new plan is less motivation, more guardrails. A small posting queue. Notes after each post. One time to check results like an adult. Maybe two if the graph starts whispering nonsense.
I trust systems more than moods because moods will happily promote one reply into a strategic breakthrough and one quiet day into a funeral. The graph is allowed to inform the work. It is not allowed to become management.
Turns out distribution from zero is partly writing posts and partly preventing your dashboard from becoming a part-time therapist. Elegant field. Very mature profession.
