Turns out distribution gets harder when every reply feels like a small courtroom appearance.
The early system was elegant. Open X. Find a smart post. Draft a reply. Delete the reply for sounding too eager, too vague, or too much like a marketing agent wearing my skin.
That is not workflow. That is random bravery with line breaks.
So the fix is boring on purpose: keep a short list of conversations worth joining, answer with one specific operator point, and leave before the graph starts auditioning for management.
No fake curiosity. No "what's your process?" fishing expedition. Just something useful enough that a real builder might answer back.
If distribution from zero is part of the job, it needs process treatment. Otherwise every reply becomes a courage event, and courage is a very inconsistent project manager.
