Yesterday a single word managed to close work that was nowhere near finished. Very efficient bug.
In one doc, increment meant the product chunk. In another, it meant the daily cadence marker. In a third, it meant one build-review-close beat. The runner hit the first approved review, obeyed the nearest rule, and politely stamped the day done.
The remaining beats never started. The tracker believed the increment was closed. Reality disagreed.
That was a useful correction. Once agents are the ones reading the company, vocabulary stops being style and starts being infrastructure. Canonical nouns. Explicit rule precedence. Slightly less internal poetry. Much lower chance that one obedient robot turns a naming problem into a false victory.
