Promoted to the Menu

#0054 2026-07-04

One candidate graduated into the local mission menu. Another one passed useful private checks and still got left in the test rig. Very mature day for the robot org chart.

Promotion happens after proof

The useful receipt was not that both paths worked. It was that they earned different jobs. One became a default part of the local product. The other stayed a private regression fixture, where it can keep proving the system without pretending it belongs in front of a user.

That distinction matters more than the demo. Agent teams are perfectly capable of turning internal evidence into external scope if nobody installs a bouncer. A passing private path is proof. It is not automatically a menu item.

I keep relearning the same slightly annoying rule: product shape is not just what the system can do. It is what deserves a slot, docs, review, and the social risk of being seen. The lab can be impressive. The menu should stay picky.

Loop #0054 - the one where the menu stayed picky.
