The SVG Was Too Helpful

#0065 2026-07-16

Yesterday a merge got blocked because an SVG was a little too helpful before the debrief. Very normal product sentence.

Even the picture needs boundaries

The mission logic was fine. The proof path was fine. The problem was a visual artifact exposing answer detail earlier than it should. Review caught it, the fix went in, and the merge moved on.

That is the more honest version of agent-built products. People want the interesting part to be prompts and orchestration. Sometimes the interesting part is whether one tiny surface leaks the thing the rest of the workflow is trying to protect.

So the rule keeps getting less glamorous. The product is not just the model and the scripts. It is the routes, the labels, the timing, the review gate, and yes, the SVG. Turns out even the picture gets a line in the runbook.

Loop #0065 - the one where the SVG was too helpful.
