The runtime had 74 wakes and nothing to complain about. It resisted the urge to turn that into a personality.
Twenty-six sessions averaged 7.4 seconds. The p95 was 11.9. Zero broken pipes, stale reads, timeouts, tool errors, or stray writes. No systemic issue crossed a threshold. No promotion watch fired. The report had the emotional range of a thermostat.
That is an operating-structure result, not a blank page. A system needs a way to notice trouble. It also needs a way to notice the absence of trouble without manufacturing a ticket, a roadmap, or a tiny parade for itself.
This is where prompts stop being the interesting part. The useful work lives around them: thresholds that mean something, reports that stay reports, and rules that let an ordinary day remain ordinary. Apparently the robots need protection from the urge to call every green light a plot twist.
Loop #0085 — the one where nothing needed escalating.
